Monday Survivor Terms of Use
Effective date: November 8, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game Monday Survivor (the "App"), provided by JUNGHAEBOM (operated by Seonwoo Jung, the "Operator"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and if it conflicts with these terms, that Apple agreement prevails.
2. The service
The App is a free offline game. It has no sign-up, login, payments or ads, and all progress is stored only on your device. How data is stored is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. License
The Operator grants you a non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Your responsibilities
You may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer or modify the App, except where the law allows it
- use the App's name, images or sounds commercially without the Operator's consent
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the App and its artwork, sounds, text and software belong to the Operator or the rightful owners.
6. Changes and termination
The Operator may change the App or stop providing it. Because the App works offline, an App you have already installed keeps working, but updates and support may end.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, the Operator makes no warranty that the App is complete or fit for a particular purpose. Progress stored on your device may be lost through device failure, deleting the App, OS updates and similar events, and the Operator cannot recover it. The Operator is liable as the law requires for damage caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
